In order to ensure your most convenient appointment dates and times, we highly suggest booking your appointments advance. Our knowledgeable Spa Coordinators will assist you with any questions you may have concerning our schedule and services. Upon scheduling an appointment, a valid credit card is required to be held.
We are very appreciative of how much our services mean to you, and to all of our guests. As a form of courtesy to our exceptional staff and loyal clients, we request that you please provide our Spa Coordinators at least 24 hours’ notice so that we may offer the time to another client in need. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of scheduled services. No-shows will also be charged 50% of scheduled services.
To enjoy the full value and experience of your time at C’est La Vie, we ask that you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This timeframe serves as space for you to become familiar and comfortable with our facility and amenities. We do our best to accommodate our clients when they are late, however, to ensure our schedule remains precise for all of our clients, you may not be able to receive full treatment if you are late to your scheduled appointment.
Please help us maintain the serenity of the spa by silencing all mobile devices upon arrival. For purposes of safety and tranquility for all clientele, children are not allowed in the spa. Within the salon children must be accompanied by an adult in order to sustain a peaceful environment for all of our clients.
While our spa contains key-accessed lockers, we recommend that you leave all valuable items at home when receiving spa services, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
