In order to ensure your most convenient appointment dates and times, we highly suggest booking your appointments advance. Our knowledgeable Spa Coordinators will assist you with any questions you may have concerning our schedule and services. Upon scheduling an appointment, a valid credit card is required to be held.


We are very appreciative of how much our services mean to you, and to all of our guests. As a form of courtesy to our exceptional staff and loyal clients, we request that you please provide our Spa Coordinators at least 24 hours’ notice so that we may offer the time to another client in need. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of scheduled services. No-shows will also be charged 50% of scheduled services.


To enjoy the full value and experience of your time at C’est La Vie, we ask that you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This timeframe serves as space for you to become familiar and comfortable with our facility and amenities. We do our best to accommodate our clients when they are late, however, to ensure our schedule remains precise for all of our clients, you may not be able to receive full treatment if you are late to your scheduled appointment.


Please help us maintain the serenity of the spa by silencing all mobile devices upon arrival. For purposes of safety and tranquility for all clientele, children are not allowed in the spa. Within the salon children must be accompanied by an adult in order to sustain a peaceful environment for all of our clients.


While our spa contains key-accessed lockers, we recommend that you leave all valuable items at home when receiving spa services, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

Massage and Body Treatments

To ensure the comfort of both our clients and staff all massage and body treatment services will only be provided for individuals over the age of 18.


Gratuities are not included in the price of our services or gift cards. For your convenience, all gratuities are collected at the time of checkout at the registers, and can be applied to your total on credit card or cash. A suggested guideline of gratuities for spa and salon services is 15-20%.

Corporate Events

Let us customize your gift card program to thank customers, clients, employees, or to use as part of an incentive program.

Special Events

From Bachelorette Parties to Sweet Sixteens, allow C’est La Vie to coordinate a party of services for you and your loved ones. To plan a special occasion at our Spa and Salon, please begin to schedule at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure the perfect day to celebrate. For more information regarding parties, please call our Spa Coordinators to walk you through the process and experience.


Like life, prices are subject to change.

Gift Cards

Treat family, friends, and business associates to a gift of wellness! Our gift cards are sold in a dollar amount and can be used for any service. Gift cards must by physically present in order to be used for services. Our gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Exchange or credits will only be provided for unopened and unused products within 7 days from the date of receipt. Absolutely no refunds will be given.

If you have received a service that you are not happy with, please let us know! C’est La Vie Spa and Salon will redo services for unsatisfied clients. All redo’s must be performed within 2 weeks of the original service date, otherwise it will be considered a new service.
